I propose this new conversation specifically to decide next (strategic) steps.

Please find here a briefing of the steps taken so far by this working group (and with links to some key-documents). In the end, you may find a systesis of the proposals discussed in the meeting held on Thursday (based on WSF session results).

Please feel free to cut, add, comment, ...

In addition, we should decide if we want to meet this week or maintain our meeting on 18th February.

Woww! Thank you Sofia for this amazing work; It's very clear.

So I'll propose to use these days (before our meeting on the 18th February) to think about our project, methodologies, add comments to this brain-storm document etc. :)

Everyone can think of proposals, task/work calendar... and we can structure an agenda for the 18th in order to make the meeting as operational as possible.

I make here a proposal, although obviously you can change/add what you see:

AGENDA

- General information/update (5 mins)

- Open discussion on project ideas: summer school, KA2 project Ethical finance and youth, International youth Confluence (30 mins)

- Funding possibilities (30 mins)

- Schedule of tasks (15 mins)

- Involvement of other members/organizations (10 mins)

On the other hand, I have invited Davide to the meeting, he will join for half an hour. I'm sure his ideas will help us :)

Hello everyone,

Yesterday we met to discuss the next steps of the group and define the project. Here is the link to the minutes of the meeting: https://pad.transformadora.org/pads/youthmeeting18feb

We believe that it is quite urgent to define and concretize the objectives and the theme in order to move forward; therefore, we have decided to meet again next Tuesday February 23rd at 17h CET. Is that ok for all of you?.

On the other hand, the idea is to take advantage of these days to brainstorm and work on a document in which we will define the following things: list of things, main objectives, main target, who to involve –partners–, main activities, tasks, places of the summer school, type of project: national or international, activities, calendar of tasks ... etc.

(Sofia will send the document).
