Fair Ecosystem Proposals - Projects Incubator

Used for the coordination of projects in the free, third tier of the Fair Ecosystem. For the incubation of projects to become part of the open or common tiers and the collaboration with more freely associated projects, as well as the restructuring or mothballing of projects that fall out of the common and open tiers.
