TownHall meeting: Where & When

I have 2 practical question @Q : it doesn't seem possible to modify added options (like I've just realised they fall right in the week of school holidays so I'd like to suggest them a different week) or add new ones if you click on "change your vote" .. is it the poll itself or my stupid brain ? Also could you write a little text about the townhall / poll for an emailing ? thanks

I guess I have to agree on the length of the meeting, maybe if the purpose is partly social then we can have a core period for the meeting (3h seems like already more than enough) so that people can prioritize their time and it's not limited to the hardest of hard core revolutionaries. OTOH, logically the first question is what needs to be discussed/decided. So far it seems more like a brainstorming. If that's so then for sure 3h is enough. If it isn't, yeah, probably better to break it up into manageable chunks anyway.

I completely understand the discussion about the meeting length. I've created a poll to decide it. However do not hesitate to create some polls yourself!

I agree with you @so1, all the topics don't need to be addressed in the same event, but could be spread on several events (for example on a monthly basis). I also guess (just my opinion) that the first meeting will bring the topics and then will be a starting point for the next ones!

@so1, for your practical questions. About adding new options in the vote modification, it looks like there is a limitation. I can propose you two things:
- Tell me what you want to add (but it is not possible to remove some options)
- I can give you some admin access (and it would be good I'm not the only one having them)

In order to keep some coherence between the poll to choose a date and the poll to choose the length of the event:
- I've postponed the closing date of the poll related to date (it is now the same than the poll about the length)
- I've remove the misleading description about the time in the poll related to the choice of the date

HI ! Somewhere I asked about a text to send per email to the list : is there any progress on this ? Why not use all the ways possible to reach the community more widely ? ;)
