Topics for TownHall meeting

S So Public Seen by 25

We invite you to suggest what you believe is important for the future of our community : is it the language we use ? the way we communicate ? a feedback of what we've done ? events to create during the year ? ... The agenda is yours : make your voice heard (in French, English or Dutch)

I would like to propose that the town hall elect a "speaker". The role of the speaker would be to convene meetings, manage the agenda, ensure that everyone is able to express themselves in a safe and respectful environment, and draw conclusions from the discussion.

I think that this role could also logically extend to convening and moderating on-line discussions including the FB group, which is in a way an extension of the town hall, perhaps as a “moderator of final resort”.

As this is a first meeting and also a late proposal from my side, I would be open to the idea that we only discuss the role at the meeting and not already elect someone to that role (even if for the purposes of the meeting itself of course someone needs to play that role)
