Fair Ecosystem Proposals - Commons Governance

Used for the governance of the commons, first tier of the Fair Ecosystem. For best practice governance, such as evolving the consensus on which code runs the FairCoin blockchain, the selection of who runs the cooperatively validating nodes (FairCoin CVNs), the selection of who serves to sign the commonly agreed changes to the blockchain parameters (FairCoin chain servants) and the safekeeping and governance of the different FairFunds.
